FeTNA bans Asin's movies.:(:(:(:(:(:(:(.this is INTOLERABLE

Asin Sri Lankan visit is turning out to be a nightmare for the actress as Federation of Tamil Sangams of North America (FeTNA) has decided to boycott her movies. Asin, who went to the island nation for the Bollywood movie Ready is facing the wrath of Tamil organizations.

“The Federation of Tamil Sangams of North America will boycott films of Asin because of her visit to Sri Lanka despite a ban by the Tamil film industry.” Indiatimes quoted FeTNA chief Palani Sundaram as saying.

Now, South Indian Film Artistes Association (SIFAA) has formed a committee to look into this matter. Meanwhile, Asin says that she has already spoken to SIFAA chief Sarath Kumar and she will respect committees stand on her Sri Lankan visit.

Earlier, SIFAA had warned actors not to travel to Colombo for IIFA awards and threaten to boycott film festival. Many actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Namitha, Genelia and others cancelled their trip at the eleventh hour. But, the stars like Salman Khan, Vivek Oberoi, Saif Ali Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Lara Dutta and others attended film fest and now they have been banned.

Asin, in a recent interview with an Indian newspaper said that instead of making noises and releasing reports, people in Tamil Nadu who blame her should visit the areas in Sri Lanka which were affected by the three-decade conflict and help the innocent civilians who need help to rebuild their lives.

“I met several patients who are in need of better medical care at the Jaffna General Hospital.I have launched a trust to treat around 300 patients. I also made arrangements to bring down prominent eye surgeons from India to treat patients.”said Asin.

In the movie vamsam the name of a cow in the film will be Asin!! but the director Pandiraj clarified that he didn't name the cow with an intention to hurt anyone but as Asin is a popular star just to recall her value and having fun the cow is named Asin.He also said that the cow in this movie acts as a love messenger.
Hope it's not an insult for Asin.

Asin the first kollywod star to visit Jaffna and Vanuviya

Nadigar Sangam secretary Radha Ravi in an interview to a Tamil paper has said: “Now that the TFPC elections are over, the industry will sort out the Asin issue. All the industry associations like TFPC, FEFSI, Tamil Nadu Theatre Owners and Distributors associations would convene a meeting before the end of the week to discuss the course of action against Asin”.

“Asin, don’t leave us, stay with us,” screamed the young girls at the Siriliya Sevana orphanage in Vavuniya, Sri Lanka, on Sunday. In a quiet gesture of solidarity with displaced people — something that no one from Tamil Nadu had attempted in the island nation — Asin stayed back in Colombo even after the crew of Ready wound up and left the island nation.“I want to do whatever it takes to help these people regain their eyesight,” said Asin, “We will continue to periodically host these eye camps across the Northern and Eastern regions of Sri Lanka until all the 10,000 registered patients have been attended to,” she added. Asin hopes to bring in more doctors and medication in the second phase in November.

Sridevi and Boney Kapoor to be Asin's godparents

Sources say that Joseph Thottumkal (Asin's father) felt thatAsin needed expert guidance from Boney and Sridevi Kapoor who are also Asin's neighbours. She is very close to their children,Jhanvi and Kushi.Asin said, “I have grown very close to Sridevi. While I don’t think of her as my Godmother, I’m very dependent on her. She is my emotional anchor.”

Asin afraid to come to Tamilnadu but she is bold enough to face these.

Sources now say that Asin is really worried about her shoots in TamilNadu for kaavalkaran which I heard is going to be renamed as Kaaval kaadhal .Now Asin has become the political agenda of the south and is quite reluctant and worried about the reactions of the people for visiting Srilanka.
Ready was to be shot at Mauritius but after Salman Khan visited Colombo in Srilanka, the location for shooting was shifted.

Hope all the problems with her end as soon as possible

Asin to be banned from South Indian films....

Sad news: Asin to be banned from South Indian films

Asin to be banned for visiting Srilanka as a part of the shooting for ready Hindi remake. It was and is a rule that actors attached to Tamil film industry is not to go to Srilanka for shooting purposes,Nadigar Sangam secretary,Radha Ravi said that action against Asin will be taken shortly but I personally don't think she committed a crime to be opted out from the South film industry and as a part of the film she was forced or had to go with the rest of the cast and crew.
Asin who is also now rejected from Silence with Ranbir without any clear reasons said that she have to do her job and not to deal with politics and is leaving all the politics to politicians.

Asin quoted that "Tamil population in Sri Lanka have really supported and encouraged throughout my career.I feel that art brings people together and promotes peace.Considering the difficult times that the Tamils in Sri Lanka have been through,I take this as an opportunity to reach out to them and if that brings a smile on their faces, that's the least that I can do."
